More Good Days, Together: Celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month

group high five with the sky in the background.

This May, we are leaning into the national Mental Health Awareness Month theme: “More Good Days, Together.” In a world that often feels like it’s set to "fast-forward," we want to remind our community that mental health isn't a luxury—it's the foundation of everything we do. It is just as vital as any physical exam. Mental health is a journey, not a destination, and it’s one that is significantly easier to travel when you have a supportive community behind you.

At The Community Care Clinic, we believe in treating the whole person, which is why we’ve worked hard to integrate mental health support directly into our primary care services. We know that "good days" don't happen by accident; they are built through accessibility, reduced stigma, and authentic human connection. This month, we encourage you to reach out—whether that’s for a formal screening, a conversation with a provider, or simply to learn more about the resources available to you. Let’s prioritize our well-being and make sure that everyone in our community has the tools they need to experience more good days, together.

Take the First Step

Your well-being matters. If you or a loved one are looking for support or want to learn more about our integrated health services, please don't hesitate to contact us.
